At Fronius KinderLand, we provide childcare for our employees all year round. As a family-friendly employer, and one which attaches huge importance to employee satisfaction, this benefit is particularly close to our hearts. We are able to best satisfy the needs of parents by offering appropriate opening hours, a central location at the Sattledt site, and the ability to join at any time. This not only provides a stable environment for our Fronius youngsters, it also offers our employees on parental leave a secure and long-term route back to the workplace.

Cyclists will be in seventh heaven at Fronius: We support the climate-friendly commute of our employees by offering breakfasts, covered parking places, charging stations for electric bikes, plus service boxes full of tools, etc. Did you know that we also have numerous charging stations for electric vehicles where employees can recharge for free?

Also worth noting: No matter how far your commute, we cover the cost of your bus and rail tickets. The Fronius public transit ticket enables you to travel to work for free.

Developer Meet-Up & Coding Contest

Every year, Fronius developers meet up at the Thalheim site to attend talks, workshops, and market stalls and to keep up to date with the latest trends and swap ideas. Our research and development site in Thalheim is also the venue for the Cloudflight Coding Contest – the event for all the coders in the area and the company who want to move up to the next level.

Home Office

Working from home is all the rage. Depending on your role and area of responsibility, you can spend up to 50% of your time working from home.
